We are currently looking for a

Sous Chef
Responsibilities
-Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
-Maintain the highest standards for quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
-Oversee and train junior cooks, ensuring proper technique and adherence to recipes.
-Develop and test new dishes and menu items.
-Manage and maintain kitchen stock and participate in ordering.
-Help in menu planning.
-Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
-Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Qualifications
-Minimum 4 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen environment.
-Strong understanding of culinary techniques and principles.
-Experience with plating and presentation.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-The ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Proficient in knife skills and kitchen equipment operation.
-Passion for food and a commitment to continuous learning.
