Service Description

Georgia and other clay amphora wines Once upon a time, 8000 years ago in Georgia is where it all began. They would tip the grapes' juice, stems and skins into a big clay jar the Georgians call kvevri, and then submerge it underground. Now we don't have a time machine, but luckily these guys continue to make wine as they used to 8000 years ago. Please join us. Dry January is over.
